Although a native to northern California (Lake Tahoe), Russ spent 20 years in southern California with his wife Debra raising their family. After a four year career in professional baseball, (Baltimore Orioles), Russ had a 23 year career in the fast-paced aerospace industry. Russ managed all aspects of the company business from finance, program management, contracts, operations and marketing. Russ specializes in target marketing and negotiations while providing exceptional service to his clients. Deciding to slow down the pace of life, (although working full-time) and get back to his roots Russ & Debra moved back to the mountains in 2004. Working two plus years in real estate Russ has risen to top producing agent in the Placerville ERA office in 2007.
